About the Founder

Niloufar Deilami, RD MPH

Niloufar Deilami is a Registered Dietitian based in Vancouver, Canada.

After completing her undergraduate and graduate training in Toronto, she started her career as a clinical dietitian in outpatient hospitals settings. She has also worked as a Knowledge Translation and Communications Specialist in a large Cancer Centre in Toronto, where she developed e-learning education for patients and healthcare providers.

Niloufar started her private practice in 2020. Her personal experience with navigating an endometriosis diagnosis lead her to focus her practice on women's health nutrition.

Through her work, she identified a significant gap in the education available to dietitians—finding it fragmented and lacking in representation of the cultural and gender diversity of the clients she served.

In response, she founded the Women's Health Nutrition Learning Hub to create a collaborative space where dietitians and nutrition professionals can learn, connect, and grow.

Niloufar envisions the Learning Hub as a resource for dietitians to deepen their expertise in women’s health nutrition and ultimately deliver evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and equitable care to diverse communities.
